Mihaela joined Parkol in January 2024 as part of the office team. Former ICT Teacher from Romania, she moved to the UK in 2015 and worked in hospitality and food manufacturing as a HR / Training Administrator. Since joining Parkol, Mihaela has expanded her role within the business, becoming increasingly involved in quality, health & safety, environmental, and compliance activities that reflect both her commitment to continuous improvement and contribution to supporting operations across the company.
